Once again, now that school is out, i have a little time to get caught up! At our May meeting we worked on our Mothers Day gifts...a fancy card and a cute bookmark to put inside, but first, Ellie did two presentations to earn a few patches!

We took these photos at our girl scout sleepover in April (that i have yet to blog about...like i said, still trying to get caught up :) Anyways, we laminated these onto card stock, and then punched out little holes by their hands to thread some embroidery floss with a few beads on it. I didnt get a photo of the completed project, but this picture gives you an idea of what they look like!
They put these bookmarks inside a cute little card they made with painted butterfly punch-outs they also made. Hope the moms liked them! Happy Mothers Day! :)
